Bay Area Turning Point is seeking a Resident Advocate for the evening shift at the Webster shelter. The role covers crisis intervention, safety, and service delivery to residents during assigned hours.
Responsibilities include guiding residents on shelter rules, maintaining confidentiality, managing donations, and coordinating with staff to ensure a safe, clean environment. Candidates must meet background checks and driving requirements.

HOURS: 40 hours weekly, Sunday – 8 am to 4:30 pm / Monday & Tuesday - 5 pm to 12:30 am / Wednesday - 4:30 pm to 12:30 am / Thursday - Off / Friday – Off / Saturday - 8 am / 4:30 pm or as necessary to achieve program objectives, tasks, activities, and responsibilities.
Entry-level position, no additional required.
