West Shore Home in Minneapolis, MN is seeking an entry-level Operations Administrator to support multiple office functions. You will report to the General Manager and collaborate with Installation & Sales Managers, handling data entry, supplies orders, and payment processing.

The role emphasizes organization, process discipline, and professional communication to ensure a five-star customer experience while maintaining showroom standards.

Qualifications

• Data entry from sales documents into Salesforce.
• Greet customers, applicants and vendors and maintain showroom appearance.
• Processing payments including checks and credit cards.
• Support office to aid installation, sales, and management teams.

Responsibilities

• Enter data from sales documents into Salesforce.
• Order requested supplies for the office, sales team, and management.
• Print install packets, service tickets and pre-installation sheets daily for distribution.
• Process customer payments including check and credit card payments as needed.
• Provide walk-in candidates with job applications and assessments and scans completed paperwork to HR.
• Greet all customers, applicants and vendors as they arrive.
• Maintain the overall appearance of the showroom and common areas.
