Job summary

West Shore Home in Indianapolis, IN is seeking an Operations Administrator to support multiple business functions and manage all administrative tasks for the office. You will report to the General Manager and work closely with Installation & Sales Managers as well as the Operations Administrative Manager.

Qualifications

• Experience entering data into Salesforce.
• Experience ordering office supplies.
• Handling customer payments and processing transactions.

Responsibilities

• Enter data from sales documents into Salesforce.
• Order requested supplies for the office, sales team, and management.
• Print install packets, service tickets and pre-installation sheets daily for distribution.
• Process customer payments including checks and credit card payments as needed.
• Provide walk-in candidates with job applications and scanned paperwork to HR.
• Greet customers, applicants and vendors as they arrive.
• Maintain showroom and common areas.
