Job summary

West Shore Home is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Minneapolis to own regional warehouse operations, including shipping/receiving, inventory, supplies, and fleet management. You will report to the Warehouse Manager and collaborate with the Operations team to ensure accurate receiving, staging, and inventory control.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience, including shipping and receiving.
• A high degree of personal responsibility and integrity.
• The ability to work interdependently in a fast-paced work environment.
• The desire to continuously improve processes and always find a way to get the job done right.
• Valid Driver’s License and forklift certification.
• Must be able to work a schedule of 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities

• Verify the quantity and correctness of incoming materials against bills of lading and document discrepancies.
• Stage paperwork and properly identified products for the next day in designated staging areas.
• Maintain consumables quantities to instructed levels and submit purchase requests to Manager.
• Examine deliveries for damage.
