This is the perfect opportunity if you’ve had a bit of exposure to administration and customer service and are now looking to dive into a dynamic industry where no two days are the same!

The Role:

As an Operations Administrator, you’ll be the engine behind the scenes, making sure everything runs like clockwork. Your day-to-day will include:

Processing driver run sheets and freight bookings.

Keeping records tidy and up to date.

Making sure customer booking information is spot on.

Responding to emails and queries in a timely, friendly way.

Assisting our Transport Allocators with time slot bookings.

Helping consolidate orders to make planning smoother.

Collaborating with a small, close-knit team that’s got your back.

Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM.

About You:

Basic experience in administration, retail or customer service.

Confident using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Great attention to detail and love ticking off a to-do list.

Friendly, reliable and ready to learn.

Strong communicator who enjoys working with people.

Able to juggle priorities and stay cool under pressure.
