Qualifications

  • Experience in electronic documentation management preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Administer data entry for Isotrain and Batch Record updates.
  • Maintain Curriculum and Module paperwork.
  • Assist with project task execution and departmental maintenance.

Title: Operations Administrator

Description:

JOB PURPOSE

Administrative responsibilities for Isotrain Data Entry, and Batch Record updates as well as departmental administrative duties including preparation of reports and requisitions.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Regular and predictable onsite attendance and punctuality.
  • Process and maintain Curriculum and Module Paperwork, Data entry for training.
  • Follow up on Curriculum Assignment for New Employees with their Managers.
  • Assist with Purchase Requisition and follow through on Requisitions for Operations.
  • Work on Batch Record administration through Veeva system with management technical oversight.
  • Assist with Project task execution for Maintenance Department Activities Departmental SOP binder maintenance and control.
  • Other interdepartmental duties as required.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum: Bachelor of Science Degree Required

EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum: 0 -2 Years Manufacturing Experience
  • Preferred: Experience in Electronic Documentation Management systems a plus, cGMP Environment a plus.

SKILLS

  • Excellent computer skills.
  • Knowledge in SAP.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Technical knowledge.
  • Advanced computer skills (i.e., Excel, Word, Outlook).
