Job summary

VLS Environmental Solutions, LLC is seeking a responsible Operations Admin at our Mauldin facility, reporting to the Operations Supervisor. This role supports accounting activities, AR/AP tasks, and coordination with the operations team to ensure smooth site operations.

You will assist in managing workflow, ensuring accurate documentation, and helping maintain a safe, efficient work environment while collaborating closely with drivers and site staff.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• 2-3 years’ administrative experience.
• At least 3 years’ experience in operation procedures.
• Ability to work well with others.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Great organizational skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, SAP or other data management software recommended.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable as needed.
• Assist in the operational management systems, processes, and best practices as needed.
• Help promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale
• Maintain safe and clean work environment.
• Assist in analyzing process workflow.
• Oversee process workflow, employee and compliance requirements and facility needs as directed by the Operations Supervisor or Site Manager.
• Communicate customer issues with operations team and devise ways of improving the customer experience, including resolving problems and complaints.
• Primary interface for inbound receipts, interact with truck drivers, review paperwork is accurate, coordinate with operations to accuracy, and communicate any non-conformances identified to appropriate personnel.
