You will coordinate onboarding, employee engagement, and training logistics while assisting with SOPs and operational communications. Flexibility to overtime or weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of administrative, HR, or operations support experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or logistics environments.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with HRIS or ERP systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Process, code, and pay vendor invoices accurately and on time.
• Manage purchase orders and vendor relationships for supplies.
• Reconcile expense reports and maintain financial records.
• Coordinate scheduling for meetings, events, and vendor service calls.
• Assist onboarding and new hire orientation, maintain HR records.
• Support employee engagement programs and internal communications.
• Coordinate safety training, audits, and compliance records.
• Track staffing, production reports, and assist with SOP updates.
• Support cross-functional project rollouts and process improvements.
