Job summary

PITT OHIO Express LLC in Hamilton, NJ is seeking an Operations Admin-Customer Service to support freight coordination, billing, and customer communications. The role works Monday–Friday, 7 PM shift, interfacing with drivers, dispatch, and accounts payable/receivable to ensure timely processing.

You will handle data entry, tracking, and documentation, maintain accuracy in payroll and invoicing, and assist in Hazmat compliance.

Qualifications

• Strong English communication with internal and external customers.
• Experience in transportation or customer service is a plus.
• Familiarity with Hazmat or safety procedures is helpful.
• Proficient typing and 10-key data entry required.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers on freight charges, pickups, tracing, tracking, and PODs.
• Data entry including scanning bills, payroll, and fuel mileage.
• Process paperwork, invoices, and monitor checks for AR/AP.
• Assist with Haz-mat information for loads arriving or departing.
