Job summary

PITT OHIO is seeking an Operations Admin/Customer Service professional at our Eighty Four, PA location. You will coordinate communications with customers and internal teams, manage data entry, invoicing, and support accounts receivable and payable processes.

This role requires strong English communication, attention to detail, and experience in transportation or logistics. Night shift hours are included, and the environment emphasizes teamwork, safety, and reliability.

Qualifications

• Command of the English language to communicate effectively with internal and external customers.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills are required.
• Experience in transportation and/or customer service is a plus.
• Haz-mat or worker’s compensation experience is helpful.
• Strong problem solving and analytical abilities are essential.
• Must be competent and proficient in Microsoft Office software.
• Night shift hours may be required.
• Ability to react to change productively and handle other essential tasks.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with internal and external customers on issues including freight charges, pickups, tracing, tracking, and PODs.
• Data entry such as scanning bills, P&D entry, fuel mileage, and payroll.
• Process paperwork and invoices; monitor checks and cash for AR/AP.
• Assist in monitoring Haz-mat information for loads departing or arriving.
