Job summary

Nationwide Mutual Insurance Company seeks a detail-oriented Coordinator to provide technical and administrative support for Advisor Annuity Distribution in a fast-paced environment.

You will gather data, prepare reports, maintain procedures, and coordinate department tasks while supporting budget tracking and office operations. Strong communication and organizational skills are required.

Qualifications

• High school studies; related undergraduate studies preferred.
• Up to two years of related administrative experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and organize workflow of department projects.
• Maintain records, checks data, prepare standard and ad hoc reports.
• May assist in the preparation of the annual budget; tracks expenses and prepares monthly budget reconciliation reports.
• Develops and maintains administration procedures, manuals and office files.
• Maintains and updates office records, rosters, directories and/or manuals.
• Responds to inquiries and coordinates facilities support (inventory, moves, supplies, repair calls, telephones).
