Job summary

Ayco Operations is seeking an annuity operations analyst to manage high-volume preparation and coordination of the annuity lifecycle. This role supports advisors and carriers with meticulous documentation, data integrity, and regulatory compliance.

You will coordinate between internal teams and third-party carriers, ensure accurate data movement, and assist with the final funding process. Degree required; strong Excel and Microsoft Office are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage time and prioritize in a high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Application Preparation: prepare new annuity applications and related service documents with adherence to requirements.
• Workflow Coordination: manage multi-stage implementation between internal teams and external carriers.
• Data Integrity & Entry: accurately input and move financial data across systems and portals.
• System Navigation: operate across internal systems and carrier portals to resolve discrepancies.
• Risk & Compliance: identify anomalies and comply with information security and quality policies.
• Implementation Support: assist with final funding and support special projects.
