Nationwide Mutual Insurance Company is seeking an Administrative Support Coordinator in Columbus, Ohio (or Scottsdale, AZ) to provide technical and administrative support for the Advisor Annuity Distribution services in a fast-paced environment.

This role involves supporting the distribution of annuity advisory services in a dynamic and high-volume environment. The ideal candidate will be adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced sales setting. It is our intention to fill this role in Columbus, Ohio or Scottsdale, Arizona, however, on occasion, applications from internal candidates that are working remotely who bring critical industry skills and relevant experience may considered. This position will be hired on a Success Flex basis. The hired associate must reside within 35 miles of the following location(s): Scottsdale: 18700 Hayden Road Scottsdale AZ, 85255 Columbus: 1000 Yard Street Grandview Heights, Ohio 43212 This role does not qualify for employer-sponsored work authorization. Are you a problem solver and detailed oriented? As a Coordinator, you'll provide technical and administrative support. You will gather and coordinate statistical data, prepare summary reports, maintain support procedures and coordinate administration of department function(s) with other areas. You'll provide clerical support as assigned.
Reports to Manager/Director/Officer. This is an individual contributor role.
Education: High school studies; undergraduate studies in related field preferred.
Experience: Typically, up to two years of related administrative experience preferred.
Staffing exceptions to the above must be approved by the hiring manager’s leader and Human Resources Business Partner.

Working Conditions: General office environment. Frequent periods of sitting/keying at personal computer. Light lifting for file storage. Possible extended work hours for projects.

The national salary range for Administrative Support Coordinator : $46,345.00-$75,500.00
The expected starting salary range for Administrative Support Coordinator : $46,345.00 - $60,800.00
