AdventHealth in Greenwood Village, CO is seeking a proactive Project Coordinator to plan, budget, oversee, and report on all aspects of assigned healthcare projects. You will coordinate schedules, resources, and communications with cross-functional partners, facilitate transitions for new practices, and guide teams toward timely completion.

This role requires 3+ provider interactions, 4+ years of professional experience, and an Associate degree; Bachelor’s preferred, with strong MS Office and

• 4+ years of professional experience.
• Healthcare setting experience preferred.
• Strong MS Office and SharePoint proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Plans, budgets, oversees, documents, and reports on all aspects of assigned projects.
• Coordinates project schedules, resources, equipment, and information to ensure timely completion.
• Manages practice and provider transitions, including new locations and relocations.
• Facilitates communication with cross-functional partners to define project requirements and scope.
• Works with Project Managers to assign tasks and ensure timely work.
• Develops patient notification letters and branding crosswalk submissions.

Job Description

• Plans, budgets, oversees, documents, and reports on all aspects of assigned projects. Coordinates project schedules, resources, equipment, and information to ensure timely completion.
• Manages practice and provider transitions, including new practice locations and relocations.
• Facilitates communication and collaboration with cross-functional business partners to define project requirements, scope, and objectives.
• Works closely with Project Managers and other leaders to assign tasks, assist with schedule management, and ensure accurate and timely work completion.
• Assists with insurance website eligibility access requests and completes patient notification letters as needed.
• Collaborates with Business Development to complete branding crosswalk submissions.
• Analyzes risks and opportunities to inform project planning and execution.
• Acts as a point of contact and communicates project status to all participants.
• Develops and implements strategies to optimize project outcomes and achieve organizational goals.
• Provides leadership and guidance to internal teams to ensure project success.
• Other duties as assigned.
