AdvanSix's Hopewell site seeks a Workforce Development Manager to ensure the organization has the skills to meet short-term and long-term goals. The role partners with site leadership and HR to accelerate operator progression and own the training plan for the site.

Responsibilities include leading learning strategy, developing KPI, mentoring trainers, and coordinating training budgets while aligning with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, HR, Organizational Development, or Instructional Technology.
• 10+ years in chemical manufacturing with training curriculum design.
• 5+ years in a supervisory/leadership role.
• Six Sigma Greenbelt or Black Belt certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall training and learning strategy for the Hopewell site and develop training programs for employees.
• Develop KPI for training progression and ensure operator readiness and growth.
• Partner with HR and site leadership to coordinate internal and regulatory training.
• Manage the site training and development budget and drive continuous improvement.
