The role focuses on decentralized energy, asset management, and digital transformation, with emphasis on hiring and business development.

Key responsibilities include revenue generation, client relations, and development of offerings, staffing plans, and thought leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 15+ years of experience in technical leadership roles.
• Proven track record of strategic planning aligned with business objectives.
• Financial acumen and budget management experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated success delivering large-scale technical projects.
• Willingness to travel up to 30%.
• Ability to build a practice from the ground up in utilities.

Responsibilities

• Revenue generation in the Operational Technology domain.
• Build and maintain client relations and key accounts.
• Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities.
• Oversee contract and cost management for quality delivery.
• Develop staffing plans and growth strategy for the practice.
• Represent TRC at industry events and develop thought leadership.
