TRC, Member of WSP, seeks an experienced Organizational Change Management (OCM) Senior Consultant to join our Strategy Consulting team. This role contributes to high-quality project delivery, focusing on change management, roadmaps, and IT/OT benchmarking.

The position involves mentoring project teams, conducting workshops, creating business cases, and presenting outcomes to executives while ensuring client satisfaction and project budgets.

Qualifications

• Prosci Change Management certification.
• Must have Organizational Change Management deployment experience within electric or gas utilities.
• 9+ years of experience in a team-based professional environment.
• MBA from an accredited school or university.

Responsibilities

• Change management strategy and execution.
• Identify, validate and document current and to-be states based on client objectives.
• Business case development.
• Strategic roadmap creation.
• Mentor and lead project teams to deliver on time and on budget.
• Deliver presentations to all levels of organizations.
