Job summary

TRC Companies, Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior Organizational Change Management (OCM) Consultant to join our Strategy Consulting team in the United States.

This role focuses on delivering high-quality change management and roadmapping for grid modernization, IT/OT benchmarking, and related initiatives. The candidate will mentor project teams, manage client expectations, and contribute to business development.

Qualifications

• Prosci Change Management certification required.
• OCM deployment experience within electric or gas utilities is required.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited school or university is required.
• MBA from an accredited school or university is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead change management strategy and execution.
• Identify current and to-be states and document them.
• Develop business cases and strategic roadmaps.
• Mentor and lead project teams to deliver on time and on budget.
• Gather and analyze data; conduct workshops; deliver presentations.

Skills

Prosci Change Management certification

OCM deployment experience in utilities

Strong client-facing skills
