Job summary

TRC, Member of WSP, seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead Advanced Distribution Management System deployments in the client’s territory. You will oversee scope, schedule, budget, and vendor engagement across the full project lifecycle.

The role requires 10+ years in utility project management, strong leadership, and excellent communication skills to coordinate with clients and internal teams. Travel up to 50% is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of Project Management experience in the utility domain.
• Experience leading large-scale, enterprise OT projects in electric or gas utilities.
• Fully knowledgeable of Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK).
• Excellent organizational, decision making and presentation skills.
• Excellent communication skills from C-Level to technical teams.
• Ability to self-direct and work independently as well as in a team.
• Excellent budgeting and financial skills.
• Proficiency with MS-Project and MS Office Suite.
• Must travel up to 50% or more to client locations.
• PMP Certification is preferred (or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Deliver project(s) to completion, owning scope, cost, schedule, and risks.
• Develop contractual Statements of Work with clients and suppliers.
• Strategize to improve project margins.
• Lead and manage the project core team and vendors.
• Represent TRC to ensure client and TRC alignment.
• Develop workflow plans from initial request to production turnover.
• Plan, prepare, and track project schedules and budgets.
• Maintain risk assessments and mitigation actions.
• Provide progress updates to stakeholders and executives.
