Qualifications

• BS degree in engineering or equivalent; 10+ years in an engineering field; 5+ years of engineering group management or project management experience; Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills and proven ability to lead a team.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support Operational Technology personnel, ensuring efficient scheduling, task completion, and quality service delivery.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for OT personnel, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback.
• Act as the escalation point for OT project execution or technology-related concerns, resolving issues promptly.
• Own OT project challenges, collaborating with internal teams and stakeholders to drive resolution.
• Develop and implement SOPs to improve efficiency and service quality; align team with company objectives.
• Monitor performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and coordinate training and development.
