Job Description
  • Acting as the bio/pharmaceutical client liaison within the laboratory by communicating client's requirements to the technical staff by maintaining project-related documentation.
  • Communicating desired turnaround times, and managing information flow
  • Facilitating and organizing client audits, visits, and conference calls; monitoring ongoing projects and providing status updates as needed
  • Auditing client sample paperwork and resolving discrepancies
  • Overseeing the general administration of bio/pharmaceutical projects (issuing quotations, answering billing and reporting questions, and scheduling sample pickups)
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.Bachelor's degree in science or businesspreferred
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills (including ability to ask appropriate question to attain necessary information to keep projects moving forward);
  • Attention to detail in writing, proofreading, and communications;Dedication to quality processes; demonstrate excellent customer service practices;
Additional Information

Position is full-time, first shift position Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm.
