Our Network office is located at 401 W. 218th St., New York, NY 10034. Our Network team follows a hybrid work schedule: we work in-person from our office on Tuesdays and Thursdays with optional remote days on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, if your team’s scope of work permits.

To achieve our vision, we are searching for an Operational Strategy Manager to lead end-to-end data-focused scaling projects across the network.

The ideal candidate has:

• Bachelor's Degree and 4+ years of professional experience; 2+ years of Management Consulting experience strongly preferred (3+ years if analyst level)
• Superb analytical capabilities and extensive modelling experience; ability to interpret complex data and develop clear, actionable insights
• Experience and passion for developing systems to improve data-driven decision making across organizations (e.g., designing dashboards and scalable data systems)
• Customer-oriented mindset, with the ability to translate data insights into business needs and vice versa
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to create and execute project plans, set priorities, and meet deadlines; Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to lead cross-functional projects and drive consensus across stakeholders
• Comfort navigating ambiguity; able to proactively find structure and make progress in the face of evolving needs and incomplete information
• Strong understanding or experience with schooling systems preferred, but not required

Responsibilities:

• Review existing processes and systems and propose improvements for scale across the organization, particularly across student outreach and enrollment, people operations, and talent recruitment functions
• Design, implement, and maintain data systems and dashboards across the organization to optimize for data-driven decision-making
• Own end-to-end modeling and data analysis to drive strategic decisions across the organization
• Conduct market scans and lead research on future systems that can scale with Zeta’s needs, and proactively surface insights and trends to improve how we collect, structure, and use data
• Wear multiple hats as a part of a lean scale-up team, supporting the work of others on the team and taking on new projects and tasks as needed

We are accepting applications on a rolling basis. The salary range is between $80,000 and $100,000. New hires can expect to be brought into the organization at a salary at or near the start of the ranges, depending on relevant experience and internal equity. Compensation is based on our salary scales. Managers and above are eligible to receive an annual discretionary, merit-based performance bonus.
