About The Role

Our Strategy & Transformation team transforms challenges into opportunities by delivering tailored strategies that ensure long-term value. We serve diverse industries including Telecommunications, Technology, Media, and the Public Sector.

The Staffing Lead will work closely with the HR Manager to support staffing and performance management activities across North America. Responsibilities include ensuring accurate reporting, providing insights and solutions, and adapting to evolving business needs.

What You’ll Do

  • Bring 3+ years of experience in consulting or a professional services environment.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships effectively within a professional services setting.
  • Capture and maintain staffing data such as skills, experience, preferences, utilization rates, visa requirements, and client conflicts.
  • Communicate staffing allocations to consultants and create formal staffing communications.
  • Prepare weekly staffing reports, KPIs, dashboards, and forecasts; lead bi-weekly pipeline meetings.
  • Manage staffing data entry and reporting, including weekly staffing reports.
  • Handle BDV allocations weekly and compile CVs for project proposals.
  • Update project codes and support visa procurement processes in coordination with the global Mobility team.
  • Oversee project wrap-up and kick-off processes, including scheduling and documentation.
  • Maintain Time Tracking/Utilization data and staffing information on intranet and presentations.
  • Support HR functions such as PTO management, performance reviews, and ad hoc tasks.

What You Will Need To Succeed

Basic Qualifications

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in staffing or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot tables, VLookUp, formulas) and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to travel as needed to clients and FTI offices.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in consulting or professional services for 3+ years.
  • Stakeholder management skills in a professional services environment.
