Counsel Manager – Regulatory Engagement & Strategy (Remote)

Position Overview
This role involves working with legal and regulatory professionals to engage with regulators across the US and Canada, supporting the innovation and compliance of FanDuel’s products. Reporting to the Director of Regulatory Engagement & Strategy, the candidate will join a team of legal experts and:

1. Provide legal analysis and regulatory guidance regarding state requirements and third-party subpoenas;
2. Manage internal investigations related to regulatory interests;
3. Coordinate with stakeholders to address regulatory issues proactively;
4. Partner with product and compliance teams to integrate regulatory obligations and controls;
5. Assist with the implementation of regulatory compliance software;
6. Support engagement with regulators and market access partners in regulated states.
