Title: Content Operations Coordinator III

Duration: 8 Months contract with possibility of extension

Location: REMOTE -PST Preferred

Roles and responsibilities:

• The Media Content team is seeking a Live Operations Coordinator to support the programming and operations of screen-based content for our MR products. This position calls for an individual with exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment. It also requires technical expertise in following stringent processes and procedures, with a focus on maintaining clear and concise documentation.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and manage a high volume of Mixed Reality (MR) events, including support for tentpole live operations
• Implement real-time programming updates to prioritize key content and refresh user discovery surfaces
• Oversee curation, scheduling, and calendar management for immersive media across multiple formats
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., programming, content operations) to align updates and timelines
• Identify, triage, and resolve system or communication issues in collaboration with internal stakeholders
• Source, ingest, and catalog media assets, ensuring all content meets established quality and distribution guidelines
• Prepare media playlists for live playback and ensure timely delivery of assets for event execution
• Maintain and improve operational documentation and workflows to ensure consistency and efficiency
• Support new live operations initiatives and contribute to process optimization
• Flexible to work extended schedules, including evenings and weekends, based on event needs

Must Have Skills:

1)Masterful Task Management: Ability to juggle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain clear documentation in a fast-paced environment.

2) Content Management Mastery: Expertise in working with content and video management systems, including troubleshooting issues and implementing real-time programming changes.

3) Process Precision: Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate process documentation, ensuring consistency and driving processes independently.

4) Self-Directed Work Style: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, taking ownership of tasks and responsibilities.

Creative and Analytical Skills:

1.Familiarity with photo editing software like Photoshop and data analysis tools to create engaging content and analyze performance metrics.

2. Media Scheduling Expertise: Ability to program calendars for media, ensuring timely and effective content delivery.

3. Flexible Work Schedule: Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional off-hours, to meet project demands.

4. File Management Efficiency: Knowledge of file transfer protocol (FTP) to efficiently manage media assets and transfer files.

5. Immersive Media Enthusiasm: Passion for immersive media and experience in the field, enabling effective curation and scheduling of immersive content, as well as staying current with industry trends.
