What you'll be doing (ie. job duties):

1. Partner with 1LOD owners to build out the Business Impact Assessments (BIAs) and Business Continuity Plans and plan exercises for North American entities.
2. Run global BCP Practice exercises, with appropriate follow ups and recommendations.
3. Partner with US and CA entity leads to ensure we remain compliant with operational resiliency regulation.
4. Define and monitor KRIs related to Operational Resiliency.

What we look for in you (ie. job requirements):

1. 1-2+ years of experience working in Operational Risk and/or GRCP/Compliance.
2. Good understanding of how the various functions of a regulated financial services business operate (e.g. Compliance, Finance, Risk, Treasury, Audit).
3. Process orientated.
4. Clear verbal and written communicator.
5. Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
6. Able to work in a fast-paced, often fluid environment with strong prioritization skills.

Nice to haves:

1. Previous experience with Fusion Framework or other BCM software.
2. Passion for resiliency.
3. Previous experience working in a multinational / US-headquartered business.
4. Experience with retail-oriented payments, trading, or brokerage platforms.
5. Previous work experience or personal interest in crypto/blockchain space.

Pay Transparency Notice: Depending on your work location, the target annual salary for this position can range as detailed below. Full time offers from Coinbase also include target bonus + target equity + benefits (including medical, dental, vision and 401(k)).

Pay Range:

$95,030-$111,800 USD
