Job Description:
This role involves consulting on corporate business continuity topics with clients. Key responsibilities include recommending and implementing solutions to protect the bank's assets, leading or participating in business continuity initiatives such as scenario analysis, plan development, testing, event management, and progress reporting. The role also provides subject matter support in audit and regulatory matters as needed.
The Enterprise Resilience Exercise Planner is responsible for enhancing the Bank's resiliency by planning, conducting, and evaluating exercises. This involves consulting on global business continuity management, crisis management, operational resiliency, and recovery planning. The role includes surfacing issues affecting resiliency, facilitating cross-functional activities, and collaborating extensively with domestic and regional partners. It also involves working with design teams on scope and deliverables, especially related to MRA initiatives.
Exercises are designed to stress and evaluate plans and playbooks, identify areas for improvement, and ensure effective response in crises. The Exercise Planner plays a key role in planning, designing, scheduling, and managing enterprise exercises related to stress scenarios, requiring a solid understanding of relevant rules and regulations.
