Job summary

Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Las Vegas is seeking a Manager of Operational Planning to drive cross‑functional initiatives and support the resort's strategic launch. You will manage project plans, milestones, and governance to ensure timely execution.

The ideal candidate is highly organized and analytical, capable of translating business objectives into actionable plans, dashboards, and executive updates for senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Analytics, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum five (5) years of experience in project management, operational planning, consulting, business operations, or related disciplines.
• Minimum two (2) years of experience leading projects or cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience with project management platforms such as Monday.com, Smartsheet, or Microsoft Project preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage project plans, timelines, milestones, and critical path deliverables.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives to ensure alignment, accountability, and timely execution.
• Lead operational readiness and opening preparation activities.
• Serve as the primary administrator for Monday.com, including project tracking, governance, and reporting.
• Facilitate project status meetings, stakeholder reviews, and leadership updates.
• Identify project risks, dependencies, and roadblocks and develop mitigation plans.
• Develop and maintain project dashboards, scorecards, and executive reporting tools.
• Prepare presentations, status reports, and executive summaries for senior leadership.
• Monitor project performance and provide insights and recommendations to support decision‑making.
• Support change management, communication planning, and stakeholder engagement efforts.
• Partner with department leaders to ensure successful implementation of strategic initiatives.
• Ensure the accuracy and confidentiality of project and operational data.
• Provide guidance and project direction to analysts and project team members as assigned.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
