Zusammenfassung

Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Las Vegas is seeking a Manager of Operational Planning to drive cross-functional project work across the property. Reporting to the Director of Operational Planning & Analytics, you will manage plans, timelines, governance, and executive-ready dashboards for strategic initiatives.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least five years in project management or operational planning, with experience leading multi-team efforts and proficiency

Qualifikationen

Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
Minimum five years of experience in project management or operational planning.
At least two years leading cross-functional initiatives.
Experience with project management platforms such as Monday.com, Smartsheet, or Microsoft Project preferred.
Experience in hospitality, gaming, or large-scale service organizations preferred.

Aufgaben

Manage project plans, timelines, milestones, and critical path deliverables.
Coordinate cross-functional initiatives to ensure alignment and timely execution.
Lead operational readiness and opening preparation activities.
Serve as the primary administrator for Monday.com, including governance and reporting.
Prepare presentations and executive summaries for senior leadership.
Monitor project performance and provide insights to support decision-making.
