Job summary

Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino is seeking a Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis to drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. You will support corporate and property level planning, develop key metrics, and communicate results to executives.

A strong background in accounting/finance and excellent communication are required. You will work with tools like Workday Financials and Adaptive Planning, and contribute to centralized financial functions while maintaining internal

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field; Master’s degree preferred.
Minimum 5 years of relevant accounting or finance experience.
Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and advanced Excel features.
Experience with Workday Financials and budgeting/forecasting tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

Coordinates and supports business and financial planning, including short and long term forecasting.
Supports the annual budget process and monthly financial reporting.
Facilitates the Daily Operating Report and Capital Expenditure process.
Communicates financial results to managers, executives and department heads.
Develops financial metrics to aid management decision making.
