Job summary

Ascent Global Logistics, Inc. is seeking an Operational Key Account Manager (OKAM) to own end-to-end service performance for strategic accounts.

You will drive SLA/KPI delivery, lead continuous improvement initiatives, and coordinate cross-functional execution across Operations, IT, Finance, and Control Tower. You will analyze performance data, deliver actionable insights, and sustain effective governance of SOPs and onboarding for new lanes and scopes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in relevant field.
• Advanced degree (MBA) a plus.
• Certifications such as APICS CSCP, Lean Six Sigma, PMP preferred.
• Experience with Power BI and Excel for KPI reporting is expected.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus for US-MX accounts.

Responsibilities

• Own Day-to-Day Service Performance — manage SLA/KPI delivery (OTIF, claims, cost-to-serve) for key accounts.
• Drive Continuous Improvement & Savings — lead CI roadmap, identify issues, deliver measurable savings.
• Lead Root-Cause Analysis & CAPA — own issue resolution and corrective actions.
• Maintain SOPs & Operational Governance — design and govern SOPs, onboard new lanes/scopes.
• Deliver Performance Visibility via Power BI — own dashboards and scorecards for reviews.
• Coordinate Cross-Functional Execution — bridge between customer ops, Control Tower, IT, Finance.
