Quanta Infrastructure Solutions Group is seeking an Operational Financial Analyst I to support billing, project cost, and general accounting functions in a Kansas City office. The role focuses on setting up and maintaining customer accounts and projects, running month-end billing, and ensuring timely invoicing with accurate profitability analysis.

You will collaborate with operations, Buyers, and Category Managers to resolve billing issues, support forecasting, and assist with project closeouts

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of professional experience in billing, project cost, or general accounting.
• Experience with month-end billing, invoicing, and project cost tracking.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain customer accounts and projects in financial systems.
• Manage month-end billing and ensure accurate invoicing and profitability tracking.
• Support forecasting, change orders, and project closeouts with audit-ready records.
• Prepare financial reports and assist with audit documentation.
• Collaborate with operations, Buyers, and Category Managers to resolve issues.
