You will drive field tool deployment, ensure timely deliverables, and serve as the primary contact across multiple workstreams to optimize field force effectiveness. You will partner with BTS, OEC, and Clinical/Commercial teams to design, deploy, train, and maintain analytics for field-facing solutions,

Qualifikationen

• BA/BS degree required to ensure understanding of business concepts.
• Minimum 5 years in project management or related Ops/IT roles.
• 3+ years analytical or Commercial operations in healthcare preferred.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical industry and compliance preferred.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities with urgency.
• Strong PM, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Ability to communicate complex ideas to senior leadership.
• Able to work cross-functionally in a matrix environment.
• Self-starter with customer-focused orientation.
• Identifies opportunities to integrate data to serve business needs.

Aufgaben

• Ensure quality and timeliness of deliverables and be the main contact.
• Prioritize across projects and maintain stakeholder communications.
• Identify opportunities to improve field tools and processes.
• Manage vendor partnerships (timelines, budget, communications).
• Liaise between Therapeutics Operations, Analytics, IT, Training, and Franchise teams.
• Provide reporting and analytics on Field tools to senior stakeholders.
