Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Advanced analytical and quantitative skills
• Proficiency with MS Office suite and project/visio/sharepoint tools
• Strong problem-solving and clear communication to senior stakeholders
• Experience preparing executive-ready materials with high accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Effective cross-team collaboration and stakeholder management
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Adaptability to rapidly changing business needs and urgent requests

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain key priorities, success measures, and performance reporting aligned to plans
• Build and manage an operating cadence to support consistent execution
• Prepare executive-ready reporting highlighting progress, risks, issues, and decisions
• Coordinate inputs from stakeholders to validate information and resolve blockers
• Own process management including documentation, controls, and continuous improvement
• Manage action logs, timelines, dependencies, and deliverables for disciplined execution
• Draft and coordinate external communications with borrowers, insurance agents/brokers, and risk partners
• Drive clear communication across stakeholder groups to align and reduce friction
• Identify process gaps and implement improvements for accuracy and timeliness
