Responsibilities

• Serve as senior business manager and strategic advisor to the function's leader.
• Own the function's strategic book of work and deliver clear plans.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, headcount governance, and investment planning.
• Drive execution discipline across initiatives within scope, timeline, and budget.
• Establish operating cadence including leadership meetings and governance forums.
• Provide transparency on delivery health, adoption, and financial performance.
• Develop executive-ready communications and decision materials.
• Support operating model design, capacity planning, and change management.
• Define and track performance measures showing progress and value.
• Lead strategic analyses for senior management and regulatory forums.
• Represent the function in senior forums with clear messaging and alignment.
