Operational Excellence Readiness Coach-Bilingual

Redzone helps manufacturers increase productivity and improve employee experience by focusing on the people behind Industry 4.0 initiatives. We enhance frontline team engagement and output through software and coaching, achieving an average productivity boost of 22% in 90 days. With over 1000 customers and 1400 plants, we are transforming manufacturing workplaces.

The Operational Excellence (OpEx) Readiness Coach, under the leadership of the Implementation Lead, provides coaching and guidance to QAD Redzone customers during the initial 8 weeks of implementation. This full-time, remote role requires travel Monday-Friday, 42 weeks per year.

Responsibilities

1. Provide coaching to ensure customer readiness for Connected Teams Coaching.
2. Conduct onsite visits at project completion before coaching begins.
3. Verify installation of signals and visual factory components.
4. Deliver initial software training and support the Practice Team to disseminate knowledge.
5. Summarize key outputs, team roles, and risks to internal teams.
6. Configure QAD Redzone software to match the client’s production processes.
7. Ensure manufacturing data is complete and accurate.
8. Maintain knowledge of shop floor environments, especially in Food & Beverage and CPG industries.
9. Support client confidence before go-live.
10. Monitor automation signals and ensure real-time data accuracy.
11. Manage escalation processes for critical risks or delays.
12. Provide initial training for management, leads, and shop floor users.
13. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications include fluency in Spanish and English, understanding of OEE, strong organizational skills, relationship management, excellent communication, judgment, prioritization, and proficiency in MS Office. PLC experience is a plus but not required.

Education/Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields such as Engineering, Manufacturing, or Business Management.
• At least one year of hands-on manufacturing experience, preferably in food and beverage, in roles like Operations Manager or Production Supervisor.

Compensation

• Salary: $90,000-$115,000 USD annually plus bonus.
