The Manager – Special Projects partners with the BAR Division senior leadership to lead high-impact initiatives, manage division priorities, and elevate administrative functions to executive standards. This role ensures alignment, accountability, and momentum by connecting people, processes, and priorities. The ideal candidate is a forward-thinking, highly organized professional skilled in navigating complex initiatives, synthesizing information for executives, and driving operational excellence through strategic communication and digital tools.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree with 8 years' relevant experience (including at least two years in financial leadership), or Master’s degree with 6 years' relevant experience, or 12 years' relevant experience in lieu of a degree, including two years in financial leadership. Healthcare revenue cycle leadership experience and HFMA certification are preferred. Master’s degree is preferred.
