Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in business, finance or healthcare-related fields.
• Project management experience in an integrated healthcare system desired.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to translate complex concepts into actionable items.

Job Description

Responsible for supporting the successful management and execution of strategic initiatives under limited direction. This position requires familiarity with the concepts, principles, and theories behind project management. Additionally, this role prioritizes and manages multiple competing projects, deadlines, and customer relationships, while interacting effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels, including senior leaders to affect change within the organization. This position transfers perceptions of problems into viable solutions and actionable items, utilizing diplomacy and flexibility in response to clients' changing concerns. This role supports the management of cost, schedule, and quality to ensure that critical milestones and deliverables are completed in a timely manner.

• Develops and implements strategic plans to achieve organizational goals.
