• Preferred knowledge of Lean and/or Six Sigma tools (Green Belt or Black Belt).
• An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
• Experience with process mapping software and project management tracking (e.g., Visio, MS Project, GANTT) for the senior-level role.
• Experience with data analysis tools (MS Excel, JMP) for the senior-level role.
• Understanding of quality management systems and operational metrics for the senior-level role.
• Strong project management and organizational skills for the senior-level role.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in continuous improvement, project management, statistical analysis or process engineering for the senior-level role.

Responsibilities

• Partner with department SMEs and cross-functional teams to identify inefficiencies and optimization opportunities.
• Collect, analyze, and present data on cycle time, yield, quality, and cost.
• Propose and manage process improvement initiatives, including redesign, automation, standardization, and waste reduction.
• Maintain project schedules, deliverables, timelines, resources, and cross-functional meetings.
• Establish and maintain performance metrics and dashboards.
• Report KPIs and findings to department management and provide recommendations.
• Develop and deliver training on continuous improvement principles and methodologies.
• Guide team members implementing improvement projects.
• Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.
• For the senior-level role, lead complex cross-functional project teams, collaborate with Finance and site OPEX on cost analysis, and use statistical tools to identify process trends, patterns, and root causes.
