Job summary

Jobgether is seeking an Operational Excellence Program Manager based in the United States to lead cross-functional optimization initiatives across client operations. You will drive data-informed decisions, standardize processes, and mentor teams while delivering measurable improvements.

You will work on multiple projects, translating frontline insights into practical solutions and fostering a culture of structured problem solving and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Operational Excellence, process improvement, or business process management.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification is required; Black Belt certification preferred.
• Strong data management and analytical skills, with proficiency in SQL, Looker, and Excel.
• Ability to analyze operational data and translate findings into actionable insights that influence decisions and improve performance.
• Proven experience leading multiple end-to-end projects concurrently and delivering measurable improvements.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to translate complex concepts clearly.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor colleagues and promote structured problem-solving.
• Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies and practical tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead Operational Excellence and process improvement projects across Client Operations, identifying opportunities to reduce waste and improve quality.
• Build cross-functional relationships to drive collaboration, alignment, and execution across teams and stakeholders.
• Use operational data, stakeholder input, and strategy to evaluate opportunities and make data-driven decisions.
• Identify standardization opportunities and optimization strategies to improve performance.
• Incorporate customer and frontline feedback into problem definition and solution design.
• Lead multiple projects from problem definition through implementation and measurement with measurable results.
• Mentor colleagues on continuous improvement methodologies and structured problem solving.
• Deliver presentations and updates to stakeholders and management at different levels.
• Foster a continuous improvement culture with data-driven decision-making and accountability.
