Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a results-driven operations consultant to identify improvement opportunities across manufacturing processes. You will lead lean transformation initiatives, apply Six Sigma techniques, and design KPI-driven systems to boost productivity and quality while delivering measurable impact.

Responsibilities include analyzing operations and finances, coaching client staff, and ensuring projects stay on time and within budget.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years in manufacturing operations or manufacturing consulting.
Willing to travel Sunday evening to Thursday evening weekly.
Ability to build and foster a team-oriented environment.
Strong leadership and communication with client contacts.
Proven problem-solving with analytical thinking.
Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.

Responsibilities

Identify opportunities and develop solutions to improve processes and performance.
Conduct operational, financial, and process analyses to drive transformation.
Perform assessments through shop-floor observations and data analysis.
Develop and deploy KPIs and operating systems to measure performance.
Lead continuous process improvement initiatives.
Deliver training, coaching, and mentorship to client staff.
Ensure scope, deliverables, and budgets are met on time.
