Job summary

Dematic, a leader in warehouse automation, seeks an experienced Continuous Improvement professional to drive operational excellence across project delivery, processes, and organizational performance. The role partners with Portfolio BU leadership, applying Lean, Six Sigma, and change management to elevate KPI results and project outcomes.

You will coach and mentor teams, lead cross-functional initiatives, and implement sustainable solutions aligned with strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or related discipline.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence, Process Improvement, or Project Management.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
• Proven experience leading enterprise or business-unit-wide improvement initiatives.
• Strong analytical, facilitation, and problem‑solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive Operational Excellence by leading CI initiatives aligned with Portfolio BU objectives.
• Partner with leaders to define, measure, and improve KPI performance; develop dashboards and reporting mechanisms.
• Coach Green Belts, Champions, project managers, and leaders on CI principles; lead DMAIC and Lean projects.
• Promote best practices and ensure governance, risk management, and sustainable process improvements.
