The role requires leading CI initiatives, coordinating training, and ensuring ISO-like controls. Travel up to 50% is expected, with a strong emphasis on cross-functional collaboration and measurable results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or closely related field.
• 5+ years’ experience in Continuous Improvement in manufacturing.
• Experience leading a Lean transformation in manufacturing.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement Continuous Improvement / Lean to support future-state design.
• Develop and deploy effective measurement and reporting systems.
• Lead Lean events, Kaizen, and value stream mapping initiatives.
• Coordinate Lean training for associates and leaders.
• Maintain Quality Management System and ISO-9000 compliance where appropriate.
• Drive end-to-end process documentation and standard work.
