Job summary

Chase & Associates is seeking a hands-on Continuous Improvement & Quality leader to drive performance in a manufacturing operation in Houston, TX. You will identify opportunities, lead cross-functional improvement initiatives, and solve problems at the root cause to deliver measurable results.

We are seeking a hands-on Continuous Improvement & Quality leader who can make a meaningful impact across a manufacturing operation. This individual will help drive operational performance, strengthen quality, and build a culture of continuous improvement.

We are looking for someone who can identify opportunities, lead cross-functional improvement initiatives, solve problems at the root cause, and put sustainable processes in place that deliver measurable results.

What we're looking for:

• Manufacturing experience with a strong background in Continuous Improvement and Quality
• Proven success driving measurable improvements in quality, cost, productivity, and process performance
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, root cause analysis, or similar CI methodologies
• Knowledge of Quality Management Systems, corrective actions, and process controls
• Ability to lead projects, influence cross-functional teams, and develop a culture of continuous improvement
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Bachelor's degree and Lean/Six Sigma certification preferred
