Grifols, S.A. is seeking an experienced Performance Excellence Manager to drive operational consistency, compliance, and sustainability of standardized models across Plasma Procurement.

You will embed standard work and discipline via governance, training, and performance monitoring, enabling a culture of continuous improvement. You will lead Lean initiatives, build compliance frameworks, and partner with operations leaders to reduce variation and improve flow across donor centers.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, or Engineering.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification required.
• Experience in Change Management preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Define, document, and update enterprise process standards and playbooks.
• Lead Lean Management System practices: Standard Work, Leader Standard Work, Daily/Tier Management.
• Identify gaps, reduce variation, improve flow with standardized systems.
• Develop a compliance framework aligning standard models with quality expectations.
• Establish a maturity model to assess adoption of standard processes.
• Collaborate with CI to evaluate processes for ongoing improvement while maintaining consistency.
• Use data to identify and lead process improvements across donor centers E2E.
• Assess challenges, metrics, and KPIs to drive improvements and cost reduction.
• Conduct process audits and gap assessments with inter-departmental teams.
• Design and deliver Lean training and capability-building programs.
• Coach leaders in Lean principles and structured problem solving.
• Support train-the-trainer and internal champion development.
• Develop and implement solutions for centers with non-conformance to standards.
• Deliver training and communication to promote adoption of standard practices.
• Stay current with industry best practices in continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Operations, Quality, Training, and Remediation teams on center openings or integrations.
• Identify opportunities for standardization across the center network.
• Monitor KPIs and performance trends; support root cause analysis.
• Partner with analytics resources to support data-driven decisions.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
