Octapharma Plasma, Inc. is seeking a Continuous Improvement Manager to lead enterprise-wide performance initiatives across our donation centers.

You will partner with leaders and SMEs to map current-state processes, identify gaps, and design future-state improvements using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies. You will develop KPIs, dashboards, and business cases, and guide cross-functional teams through pilots, sustainment plans, and impact tracking to deliver measurable results for the

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in operational excellence, project management, continuous improvement or related operational leadership roles.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing teams and large-scale operational improvement projects.
• Experience supporting enterprise operational improvement or multi-initiative transformation efforts preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to identify challenges, performance gaps, and improvement opportunities.
• Conduct assessments, workflow observations, process studies, and data analysis to identify root causes.
• Facilitate structured problem-solving activities and cross-functional improvement workshops.
• Utilize Lean, Six Sigma and other methodologies to evaluate processes and develop improvements.
• Develop current/future state maps, standard work, and process improvement plans.
• Support KPI analysis, dashboards, scorecards and performance measurement tools.
• Assist in business case development and executive presentations with findings and outcomes.
• Collaborate with teams to design pilots, monitor adoption, and sustain gains.
