Zusammenfassung

Grifols seeks a Performance Excellence Manager to drive Lean and Operational Excellence across the Plasma Procurement organization, defining standards, playbooks, and governance that ensure consistent, compliant operations.

You will train leaders, develop a compliance framework, and monitor KPI-driven improvements, influencing multiple teams to achieve standardized, high-quality performance across centers.

Qualifikationen

• 4-year college degree in Business, Education, or Engineering.
• Six Sigma Black Belt certification required.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt preferred.
• 8-10+ years in Performance/Operational excellence or process management.
• Experience training or influencing people without authority.

Aufgaben

• Define, document, and update enterprise process standards, playbooks, and operational models in collaboration with SME's.
• Lead Lean Management System implementations, including Standard Work, Leader Standard Work, Daily/Tier Management, Visual Management, and problem solving (A3).
• Partner with Operations leaders and CI to identify gaps, reduce variation, improve flow, and sustain improvements.
• Develop a compliance framework to ensure adherence to standard models and expectations.
• Establish a maturity model that assesses adoption of standard processes.
• Use data and KPIs to identify improvement opportunities across donor center processes.
