Job summary

McKesson’s Commerce City distribution center seeks an experienced Operational Excellence Leader to supervise a seven-person team, driving onboarding, training, quality, and process improvements. You will lead audits, establish standardized processes, and support regulatory compliance to enhance customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

You will oversee onboarding and ongoing training, ensure licenses and audits are up to date, and guide trainers.

Qualifications

9+ years of professional experience.
1+ years of supervisory and/or management experience.
Experience leading operational excellence, onboarding and training programs.
Experience supporting internal audits and regulatory requirements (FDA/OSHA) and compliance.
Strong communication skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Lead a team of seven to drive onboarding, training, quality, and process improvements.
Perform internal quality audits and implement standardized operating processes.
Develop and maintain onboarding/training programs and continuous development initiatives.
Ensure regulatory compliance and readiness for audits across the facility.
Communicate departmental goals, present findings, and drive corrective actions.
