The Honickman Companies in the United States seeks an Operational Excellence leader to drive OPEX initiatives across the manufacturing network. You will lead cross-functional teams to improve costs, quality, safety, and delivery by implementing Honickman Management Operating System (HMOS) standards.

With 3-5 years in Lean/CI/Opex, you will develop and manage processes, train leaders, track KPIs, and sustain improvements while aligning with the organization's strategic goals.

Qualifikationen

• Demonstrated ability in solving complex problems using Lean techniques.
• Broad understanding of Safe practices in CI initiatives.
• Specific experience in lean manufacturing, preferably within a food and beverage manufacturing facility.
• Change agent with the ability to create buy in from stakeholders at every level.

• Lead cross-functional teams through operational improvement initiatives to improve efficiencies, quality and safety.
• Implement strategies to respond to internal and external performance drivers.
• Assist teams in managing KPIs and implementing daily management to drive OPEX.
• Develop and support systems for a sustainable OPEX program and culture.
• Advise leadership to prioritize initiatives aligned with company strategy.
• Oversee cross-functional OPEX projects with program management expertise.
• Lead advanced process improvement activities with SMEs and stakeholders.
• Apply lean principles to identify interrelated processes affecting success or failure.
