Job summary

CSL Seqirus in Holly Springs, NC seeks an Operational Excellence Leader to drive the CSL Operating System (COS) rollout on the manufacturing floor. You will coach teams, lead COS initiatives, and embed Lean Six Sigma practices to improve performance and compliance in a GxP environment.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 6 years in OE, Lean, or CI, with strong data analytics skills and the ability to influence across functions in a matrixed organization.

Qualifications

• Experience leading Lean/CI programs in a regulated, matrixed environment.
• Green Belt or higher in Lean Six Sigma; hands-on project experience.
• Strong data analytics using Minitab, JMP, Power BI or similar.

Responsibilities

• Lead COS rollouts in operational and support areas.
• Coach leaders and teams; drive CI projects.
• Facilitate transformation workshops and maturity assessments.
• Develop COS and Lean Six Sigma training materials and coaching.
